Beautiful weather allowed us to truly tailgate with several TV's inside and out. A good time was had by all as they watched the Bears triumph over the rival Green Bay Packers with a last minute field goal block.

Of course the most important aspect of the Tailgate was for everyone to get together to share memories of Kevin Shannon. Friends and family regaled each other for hours with stories of Kevin, and it seemed that each one drew more laughter than the last. It was easy to see from the smiles in the room that Kevin had touched each person's life in a special way.

There were a number of games and door prizes with such great give-aways as tickets to sporting events, autographed baseballs, and lots of other prizes donated by our generous KSF sponsors.

We would like to thank all those who sponsored and contributed to the event. It would not be possible to achieve the goals of KSF without everyone's generous support of time and money. With this type of support the Kevin Shannon Foundation will be able to carry on Kevin's memory for many years to come.
